1. Service Scope
MeghaInfotechs provides NGO website development services under Basic, Standard, and Premium plans as described on the pricing page.
मेघा इन्फोटेक्स द्वारा NGO वेबसाइट विकास सेवाएँ Basic, Standard और Premium प्लान के अंतर्गत प्रदान की जाती हैं, जैसा कि प्राइसिंग पेज में वर्णित है।
2. Payment Terms
25% payment is required before starting the project.
प्रोजेक्ट शुरू करने से पहले 25% भुगतान आवश्यक है।
25% payment will be made after design approval.
25% भुगतान डिजाइन अप्रूवल के बाद लिया जाएगा।
25% payment will be made after website launch.
25% भुगतान वेबसाइट लॉन्च होने के बाद लिया जाएगा।
Remaining 25% payment must be cleared within 5 days after launch.
शेष 25% भुगतान लॉन्च के 5 दिनों के भीतर करना अनिवार्य है।
Delay in payment may delay services or support.
भुगतान में देरी होने पर सेवा या सपोर्ट में देरी हो सकती है।
3. Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC)
AMC is optional but recommended for smooth functioning and security.
AMC वैकल्पिक है, लेकिन वेबसाइट की सुरक्षा और सुचारु संचालन के लिए अनुशंसित है।
Basic Plan AMC: ₹3,000 per year
Standard Plan AMC: ₹12,000 per year
Premium Plan AMC: ₹15,000 per year
AMC includes updates, security checks, and minor content changes.
AMC में अपडेट, सुरक्षा जाँच और छोटे कंटेंट परिवर्तन शामिल हैं।
Major redesign or new feature development will be charged separately.
बड़े बदलाव या नई सुविधाएँ जोड़ने के लिए अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
4. Domain & Hosting
Domain and hosting charges are separate unless clearly mentioned in the selected plan.
डोमेन और होस्टिंग शुल्क अलग से होंगे, जब तक कि प्लान में स्पष्ट रूप से शामिल न किया गया हो।
Client must renew domain and hosting before expiry.
डोमेन और होस्टिंग का नवीनीकरण समय पर करना क्लाइंट की जिम्मेदारी है।
5. Content Responsibility
Client must provide correct text, images, NGO documents, and legal information.
सही टेक्स्ट, फोटो, NGO दस्तावेज और कानूनी जानकारी देना क्लाइंट की जिम्मेदारी है।
MeghaInfotechs is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client.
क्लाइंट द्वारा दी गई गलत जानकारी के लिए मेघा इन्फोटेक्स जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
6. Project Timeline
Project timeline depends on timely content submission and payment.
प्रोजेक्ट की समयसीमा कंटेंट और भुगतान समय पर मिलने पर निर्भर करती है।
Delay in content submission may extend delivery time.
कंटेंट में देरी होने पर डिलीवरी समय बढ़ सकता है।
7. Extra Pages & Features
Extra pages or additional features beyond selected plan will be charged separately.
चुने गए प्लान से अतिरिक्त पेज या फीचर्स के लिए अलग से शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
8. Ownership
After full payment, website ownership will belong to the client.
पूर्ण भुगतान के बाद वेबसाइट का स्वामित्व क्लाइंट का होगा।
9. Refund Policy
Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.
कार्य शुरू होने के बाद अग्रिम भुगतान वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
No refund after project completion.
प्रोजेक्ट पूर्ण होने के बाद कोई रिफंड नहीं होगा।
10. Support
Basic support will be provided as per selected plan.
चुने गए प्लान के अनुसार बेसिक सपोर्ट प्रदान किया जाएगा।
11. Special Note
These Terms & Conditions are made in the interest of both parties.
ये नियम और शर्तें दोनों पक्षों के हित में बनाई गई हैं।
A learning video will be provided so that the client can operate the admin panel independently.
क्लाइंट को एडमिन पैनल चलाने के लिए एक लर्निंग वीडियो प्रदान किया जाएगा, जिससे वे स्वयं वेबसाइट मैनेज कर सकें।
